Aman and Global Ambassador Novak Djokovic unveiled a new year-round programme, blending tennis training, strength work, restorative therapies and mindfulness
Aman and tennis champion Novak Djokovic are taking their wellness partnership a step further with the launch of a new Mobility and Recovery Programme, now available across five of the brand’s most iconic destinations. Building on the success of Djokovic’s three-night retreat at Amanyara last year, the programme distils the rituals behind the champion’s longevity-focused approach to health into a holistic three-night reset.
Rooted in the brand’s calm, highly considered wellness philosophy, the journey combines racquet training, conditioning, recovery therapies and mindfulness practices in settings designed to support both physical performance and mental clarity. The idea is simple: not just to recover, but to leave with practical tools for better long-term wellbeing.
The retreat begins with a personalised consultation and movement session, followed by hydrotherapy and treatments such as massage, acupuncture or reflexology. Day two turns to breathwork, gentle movement and on-court tennis coaching, alongside stretching and thermal rituals including Aman’s signature Banya experience. The final day focuses on integration, with pranayama breathwork, sound healing and spa treatments designed to restore energy and leave guests feeling genuinely reset.
The programme is available at Amanoi in Vietnam, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, Amanpuri, Amanyara in Turks & Caicos and Amanzoe in Greece. Each property was chosen for its sense of seclusion and natural tranquillity. It also marks the latest chapter in Aman’s Longevity Pathways series, following the brand’s Detoxification Programme.
For Aman, the partnership with Djokovic continues to add a high-performance layer to its wellness offering. For its wealthy guests, this promises a rare chance to experience the routines of one of the world’s greatest athletes in a setting that trades pressure for perspective.
